I woke up to no heat at 3am, so I called Jack's promptly at 8am, and they sent someone out to the house before 10am. The gentleman was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated that he explained everything to me and quickly got to work. He had my heat working again in an hour, maybe less. It was such a blessing!
